A 4-week Thursday evening course by IC Foundation that teaches you to use your phone, laptop, and AI as a personal knowledge system, freeing your mind to think, decide, and create.
Most people use their phones and laptops to scroll, not to think. This course changes that.
You spend energy remembering tasks, ideas, and follow-ups instead of actually working on them.
A great thought hits you in the shower. By lunch, it’s gone. You have no reliable system to catch it.
Downloads, desktop, WhatsApp, email: your information is scattered across five different places with no logic.
You know AI could help you, but you’re not sure where to start or how to make it actually work for your life.
This course is designed for people who want to work smarter, not just harder.
Managers, coordinators, and team leads who deal with information overload every single day.
Anyone juggling coursework, research, and deadlines who wants a smarter way to capture and use knowledge.
People running their own business who need to stay organized, creative, and on top of everything, all by themselves.
Anyone who read a productivity book and thought “this sounds great” but never actually built the system.
People who sense their phone and laptop could do so much more for them, but don’t know where to start.
You don’t need to be a tech expert. If you use WhatsApp and Google daily, you are ready for this course.
Not for you if: You already use a structured personal knowledge system (Notion, Obsidian, etc.) and feel confident in your workflow. This course is designed for beginners to intermediate users building their first real system.
Not just knowledge, but a working system installed on your own devices before the course even ends.
Each session builds on the last. Every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, four consecutive weeks.
This is not a lecture series. You leave each session with something built, working, and ready to use.
Every Thursday evening comes with refreshments. Show up, relax, and learn. We’ve got the rest covered.
A structured workbook to follow along, take notes, and revisit long after the course ends.
Curated apps, templates, and quick-start guides so you can keep building after session 4.
Ask questions between sessions. Get answers from the facilitator and your fellow participants.
Every session includes setup time. You build your system during class, not as weekend homework.
30+ ready-to-use prompts for email, planning, research, summarizing, and daily decision-making.
Pilot cohort pricing closes once all 15 spots are filled.
Minimum 10 participants to confirm start date. Maximum 15 spots total.
Payment details shared upon confirmation of your reservation.
