Sound familiar?

Your brain is full.
Your devices aren’t helping.

Most people use their phones and laptops to scroll, not to think. This course changes that.

😩

Mentally exhausted by noon

You spend energy remembering tasks, ideas, and follow-ups instead of actually working on them.

🌠

Good ideas disappear

A great thought hits you in the shower. By lunch, it’s gone. You have no reliable system to catch it.

📁

Files are everywhere

Downloads, desktop, WhatsApp, email: your information is scattered across five different places with no logic.

🤖

AI feels overwhelming

You know AI could help you, but you’re not sure where to start or how to make it actually work for your life.

Who is this for

Built for busy professionals
in Aruba.

This course is designed for people who want to work smarter, not just harder.

💼

Working professionals

Managers, coordinators, and team leads who deal with information overload every single day.

🎓

Students and academics

Anyone juggling coursework, research, and deadlines who wants a smarter way to capture and use knowledge.

🏢

Entrepreneurs and freelancers

People running their own business who need to stay organized, creative, and on top of everything, all by themselves.

🌿

Curious self-improvers

Anyone who read a productivity book and thought “this sounds great” but never actually built the system.

📱

Device-curious but overwhelmed

People who sense their phone and laptop could do so much more for them, but don’t know where to start.

👥

Comfortable with a smartphone

You don’t need to be a tech expert. If you use WhatsApp and Google daily, you are ready for this course.

🙅

Not for you if: You already use a structured personal knowledge system (Notion, Obsidian, etc.) and feel confident in your workflow. This course is designed for beginners to intermediate users building their first real system.

After 4 sessions, you walk away with real skills.

Not just knowledge, but a working system installed on your own devices before the course even ends.

Capture ideas instantlyNever lose a thought, article, voice memo, or insight again, no matter where you are.
Find anything in secondsNo more scrolling through WhatsApp or digging through folders. Everything has a place.
Use AI for real tasksDraft emails, summarize documents, plan projects, with AI as your personal assistant.
Organize across all devicesYour phone, laptop, and cloud all work together as one unified system.
Reduce mental clutterStop holding everything in your head. Your system remembers, so you don’t have to.
Build a sustainable habitA daily workflow that takes minutes, not hours, and actually sticks after the course ends.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

What device do I need to bring?
Bring whatever you use most: phone, laptop, or tablet. The course is device-agnostic and works with iPhone or Android, Windows or Mac. Bring both if you have them.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to join?
No. If you can use WhatsApp and Google, you are ready. The course starts from the basics and builds up at a pace that works for everyone in the room.
What if I miss one of the four sessions?
Each session builds on the previous one, so attendance matters. If you miss one, your workbook and the WhatsApp group will help you catch up before the next Thursday.
Will this work in Papiamento or Dutch too?
The course is delivered in English, but questions and discussions can happen in Papiamento or Dutch as well.
Why is the pilot price so affordable?
This is the first public run of this course in Aruba. Founding participants get a lower price in exchange for honest feedback that helps improve the course for future cohorts. The price increases after this round.
When exactly does it start?
The start date will be confirmed once a minimum of 10 participants have reserved their spot. Thursday evenings, 6:30–8:30 PM, four consecutive weeks.
